Naperville Real Estate and Schools

Tuesday, July 15th, 2008

For any parent, finding good schools for your children is always a concern. Before my two children and I moved to Naperville, we were living in Los Angeles where I was selling real estate.

While living in Los Angeles, I was not entirely content with the school systems and my job. Before moving I did a little research and I ended up narrowing my search down to one state, Illinois. I was specifically intrigued by the small suburb of Naperville. When I moved to Naperville with my two daughters, they were just as eager to attend the Naperville schools as I was to enroll them.

Before I purchased my home in Naperville, I did much research on real estate in the Naperville area. I ended up getting a better job in Naperville but still in the same job field that I was passionate about. I knew that I loved Naperville, so what better way to spread my passion than by selling homes in a town I absolutely adore.

My daughters and I are thrilled with the move from Los Angeles to Naperville, Illinois. Since we have moved, we are happier people. There is no other place that we would rather live.

Growing up in Naperville, Illinois

Saturday, June 21st, 2008

My wife grew up in the peaceful and quiet suburb of Naperville. Since my wife and I met, she has not stopped talking about Naperville, Illinois. Naperville has always had a special place in my wife’s heart and she has always longed to raise her children there.

All the schools in Naperville, Illinois are exceptionally highly rated. Most of my wife’s fellow high school classmates went on to further their education by attending colleges and four year universities. When my wife left the suburb of Naperville to attend college in Chicago, she was desperate to return to Naperville as soon as possible. Now that we are married and ready to settle down, we made the decision to move to Naperville. Naperville is perfect for anyone who enjoys the outdoors. I am sure that my wife and I have made the right decision by moving to Naperville, Illinois.

For years I have listened to my wife reminisce about her childhood memories. The experiences my wife had in Naperville are the same experiences I want my own children to have. My wife and I found our Naperville house on www.realestateinnapervilleil.com. I know that when I have kids and they grow older, they will appreciate Naperville, Illinois the same way my wife does.

Moving to Naperville, Illinois

When my husband and I divorced, I decided it was time for an overall change.

I grew up and got married in New York City. After the divorce I knew that I wanted to leave the area and try something new and different. I was always hearing good things about Illinois suburbs, specifically Naperville. Naperville, Illinois is actually where my grandmother lived before she passed away. Unfortunately I had never been there to visit, but it sounded perfect.

When I first came to Naperville I was nervous. After the first day I realized this was the place for me. As soon as I stepped foot in Naperville, Illinois, I knew I was never meant to live in the city. Naperville is so a peaceful and provides me with a much better lifestyle. I immediately fell in love with the small city.

Finding a home in Naperville was easier than I thought. If you want to be just as pleased with a new Naperville home, go to www.realestateinnapervilleil.com. I couldn’t be happier with where I am. Naperville, Illinois gave me my chance at a whole new life.

Naperville’s Booming Real Estate Market

Thursday, April 24th, 2008

I was reading Money Magazine a couple of years ago when I realized I’d found the perfect town to live in. Naperville, IL ranked number two on the magazine’s list of best places to live in the U.S.

My wife and I had been looking to relocate for some time and Naperville seemed like the perfect place. My wife was an out of work biochemist at the time, because there were not enough jobs in our town. I was selling real estate, which were mainly foreclosures, so I wasn’t really enjoying my job anymore. We definitely needed a change of scenery, and Naperville seemed to be able to provide that.

Naperville was more than just a change of scenery; it was a complete change of lifestyle. Naperville is located in the Illinois Technology and Research Corridor, so my wife had no problem finding a job. She was actually offered several jobs before she accepted one working for Nalco Chemical. I also had no problem finding a job. The Naperville real estate market is booming due to Naperville’s rapid development. My wife and I bought a small luxurious single family home after our first six months, and a year later we were able to upgrade, because I was making so many sales. Naperville is the wealthiest city in the United States, and as a result it was able to avoid the credit crunch and the consequent mortgage crisis.

Many Naperville residents are building larger, luxurious multi-million dollar homes, which adds to the value of the surrounding properties. There is also a lot of commercial real estate being built to accommodate locations for large companies.

My wife and I couldn’t be happier with our choice to move to Naperville. When we were looking at moving to Naperville, we had also considered Evanston.
